Refund Policy
Unwanted goods may be refunded within 28 days of collection or delivery. Tiles may be returned in full cartons from the same shade stock, limited to 10% of the total tile purchase. Trims and other non-chemical products may also be returned.
Adhesive, grout, chemical products, and special-order products cannot be returned. Special-order products are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable from the point of sale.
You are responsible for ensuring the correct products and tile quantities are included in the initial order. Additional orders incur a delivery charge and special orders can take 5 to 7 business working days. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Check items on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.
Professional Installation Recommended
We recommend using a qualified tiler for best results. If you're confident in DIY tiling, follow these guidelines:
- Ensure the substrate is clean, flat and structurally sound before laying.
- Use a notched trowel with the correct adhesive for your tile type and substrate.
- For large-format tiles (60cm+), back-buttering is recommended.
- Use a tile leveling system to prevent lippage on floor installations.
- Allow adhesive to fully cure before grouting - typically 24 hours.
- Add 10–15% to your tile order to account for cuts and wastage.
